Onboarding, then I build
- ✓One onboarding form collects everything I need: your content, logo, and photos. Rough is fine, I polish it.
- ✓I build the site.
- ✓You see it on a private preview link within the first week, with feedback rounds so it comes out right.

04 // LAUNCH & LOOK AFTER
Launch, then looked after
- ✓Go live with your domain, business email, and Google Business Profile connected and working.
- ✓The remaining 50% is due on launch.

Common questions
Can I make changes after it launches?
Yes. The £50 a month care plan includes two content changes a month, and anything bigger is quoted upfront. You are never stuck waiting on someone who vanished.
Will I see it before it goes live?
Yes. You get a private preview link within the first week, and there are feedback rounds during the build, so nothing goes live until you are happy with it.
What if I need to pause the project?
Just tell me and we work it out. The 50% deposit covers the work already done, so there is no drama.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. I work with clients outside the UK too, and can invoice in GBP, EUR, or USD.
Who owns the website?
You do. The site and its content are yours. While you are on the care plan I host and look after it, and if you ever leave, we arrange a clean handover.
